Senior Learning Officer
Adam Judge, MS, joined the de Beaumont Foundation in September 2012 as Senior Learning Officer. In this role, Judge oversees the de Beaumont Foundation’s training and educational initiatives. He is actively involved in the design and development of the Foundation’s distance learning and workforce development efforts and he provides advice and technical expertise to partner organizations. The Foundation’s mission is to strengthen and transform public health in the United States.
Before joining the de Beaumont Foundation, Judge worked as a consulting designer and developer focusing on web-based training and digital media for federal agencies, NGOs, and the private sector.
Prior to his consulting work, Judge was a project manager and senior instructional designer at the U.S. State Department Foreign Service Institute. He was a senior instructional designer and LCMS administrator at Defense Acquisition University, and he worked for three years as a news producer and homepage editor at Washingtonpost.com.
Judge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Towson University, Towson, Maryland, and a Master of Science degree in Instructional Systems Design from New York University.
